HIV: Please use protection at all times during sexual contact. Not sure what tests being useful so speak with ordering physician

Should be OK.: Assuming the encounter to which you refer is the only encounter that would put you at risk, testing should be reliable 8 to 9 months out from that incident contact. However, if you have had other contacts that would put you at risk then you should test yourself every three months.
