Replace Lyrica?: It might be worth considering replacing the Lyrica with something else and leaving the Effexor at a lower dose. It is generally considered more effective to use a combination of medications in lower doses than to pummel someone with a high dose of an individual medication. As well, the side effect potential is lower that way.
