I have been taking geritol for 12 days which included the start of my period, which was sept 25. i had been having cramping and i woke up this morning bleeding. i am trying to get pregnant but idk what this means. can someone help me?

Multiple reasons : It can be multiple reasons ,sometimes it can be miscarriage or just bleeding with pregnancy,I will get a blood pregnancy test
