Slowly,: You could just stop drinking coffee straightaway, but you’d be an irritable guy with a bad headache. So maybe drink less coffee - smaller mug - in the morning, afternoon and evening. Drink less and less each time. Then cut one out altogether - maybe the evening one. Then another. Then the last.
