What should my sugar levels be after exercise. mine stays at10.4 even after eating ?

Units of measure: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, 10.4 does not comport with blood glucose measurement in either mg/dL or in SI units.
