No: Please forgive my frankness. MRI scans are very expensive (money, time) for the hospital, and using them for screening isn't practical. If you make such a request because you read scare stuff online, things will get unpleasant for everyone. I think the imaging a mammogram gives is better anyway. Most of us think the recommended screenings are worth the risk.
