Can you experience a mild allergic reaction to doxycycline hyclate with mild but noticeable facial swelling with no redness or itching?

Probably : If in doubt kindly hold any medicine you think it is causing abnormal symptoms. Yes angioedema (swelling of loose tissues) can happen without redness or itching, although rare as an isolated allergic drug reaction, and sometimes difficult to tell if it is a true allergic reaction vs a side effect ( which can abate, or wouldn't be harmful to continue despite being present). Kindly call your doctor
