Lymphocytic chorio-: meningitis is not a commonly reported infection in humans. Fortunately most infections are mild and often never diagnosed. However 1-5% of the US population has antibodies to this virus indicating prior infection. It seems to be more dangerous to a fetus in utero, not a newborn. Do everything you can to reduce exposure to rodents/rodent excrement by eradicating them inside and around your home.

LCMV: Agree with earlier response. Lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus can be transmitted by direct contact with rodents, their urine or feces or dust that has been contaminated with their urine or feces. It is concerning during pregnancy (especially first trimester). See: https://www.cdc.gov/vhf/lcm/symptoms/index.html#:~:text=Nerve%20deafness%20and%20arthritis%20have,trimesters%2C%20birth%20defects
