Vaginal bleeding: You should go to an er as soon as possible. You will need to have an internal examination as well as an ultrasound of your uterus to see if you have any fibroid tumors there causing your bleeding. Blood work will also need to be taken to measure hormone levels. Given your description of your blood loss, you may be in danger of becoming anemic. Good luck.
