Penis enlargement: Formulas do not work. Some may increase blood flow in that area creating a sensation that they do work but it is not the case. Have you gained weight? That may swallow up some of the penis. Please see your doctor. Congratulations on becoming smoke free. Don't let your concern about penis size become an excuse to smoke again. Peace and good health.

They're in the food: A healthy, balanced diet with a large variety of foods will contain the vitamins necessary for good health of one's penis and the other parts of the body. Never smoke anything again (the intentional inhaling of the byproducts of burning organic materials and its associated chemicals is obviously a bad idea, regardless of whether it is tobacco, pot, or anything else).

The structures are: not going anywhere. The circulation certainly is. This is not the first time I've had someone with this. They quit smoking really fast.
Ok, circulation improves somewhat the next day. It is further improved by building up endurance and distance running. Oh, and it is by FAR the best preventative/treatment for erectile dysfunction.
Unless there is scar (PEYRONIE's) which needs urologist input.
