5 days ago i went to blow my nose and got room spinning and vomited. right ear is still plugged and still have bad vertigo, how can i clear it up?

Labyrinthitis.: Congestion in the inner ear can lead to dizziness. This is called labyrinthitis, wherein the inflammation within the inner ear affects the balance mechanism therein, causing episodes of dizziness. Treating the allergies would make the dizziness go away. Feels very much like vertigo.
