I got a faint positive hpt at what would be 12 weeks then i did a blood hcg which was 0.100 at 13 weeks. no missed period. could i still be pregnant?

Not pregnant: HCG blood levels reach their peak at 10-12 weeks and then taper down somewhat, but by 13 weeks should still be over 13,000 mIU/ml.
