What blood test shows adrenal function or adrenal fatigue?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several of them: "Adrenal fatigue" is a "pop" / "fad" diagnosis seen mostly in people in difficult living situations; I think it's bogus. True adrenal insufficiency can be screened for by simply labs but often requires an ACTH stimulation test for definitive diagnosis; it's fatal if missed. Too much adrenal hormone / cortisol is best screened for by timed urine studies and a dexamethasone suppression test.
