Depends on events: If a person has dark skin (Fitzpatrick type 5 or 6 skin color), his penis will also be dark and may even be darker than some other parts of his body. If a person just recently got a circumcision (uncommon, as circumcisions are usually done as an optional procedure shortly after birth), and his penis quickly changed colors, it is time to quickly call the surgeon for an examination.
