Uterine fibroid.: Patients with uterine fibroid that is not symptomatic or affect conception, do not need surgical or medical management. in your case, if you do not have symptoms such as pelvic pressure, pain, and do have ability to conceive, then conservative management is the key. One can carry pregnancy to term with asymptomatic fibroid in most cases. Myomectomy can be done with preservation of fertility.
