Severe cramps: Since you're still experiencing severe abdominal cramps despite taking 2 medications which are often effective in relieving both upper and lower gastrointestinal spasms, I am concerned that there may be a more serious acute intraabdominal process going on. Because of that I recommend that you head to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and testing are available.
