How to improve your iq level?

5 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

IQ: Adequate amounts of restful and restorative sleep, a healthy diet with fresh veggies, fruits and whole grains, and regular daily exercise. Reading and discussing books, taking an adult education course at a local community college, all help. There are no medicines or supplements which will improve iq, and many that are sold as such can have adverse effects.

Effort!: There are two aspects to this. First, the brain is a physical organ and iq is directly linked to its physical state. Therefore diet, exercise and other lifestyle choices can all insure that it is functioning at its peak. Second, assuming peak functioning, intelligence may be improved further by progressive, difficult and uninterrupted mental challenge just beyond your current best.
