is masterbation bad for our health?

Qualified NO: Masturbation is a normal sexual process. It starts in infancy and is carried out through the geriatric population. Only when it becomes a major part of one's daily activities and one is preoccupied with this activity and it interferes with social health and mental health and is a detriment to other relationships, is it a problem. The old saying "everything in moderation" stands.

In life, do everything in moderation. Don't do it too much or too little. Extremes in activities in every thing we do should perhaps be avoided. A middle of the road stand on all lthat we do.
