Hemorrhoids: There are several - a lidocaine gel can be used - this will help pain. A steroid cream (0.5% or 1%) also helps with decreasing swelling and allowing it to reduce. There are also things like aloevera gel, ayurvedic topicals, All these will help. Main thing do not strain or push when passing stools and try to eat in a manner that keeps the stools soft.
