Excess of weight?: Yes there is something like excess(too much) weight. It will show as a fat pad on your belly. I would advice that your control your diet and excercise(walking is good) daily for half hour. Avoid heavy, fried foods (oil or fat load). Also avoid too much sugar...drink water instead of sodas. Fruits and vegetables with each meal allows you to cut calories from eating foods like meats and dairy.
