Small: Size isn't everything. Bigger testicles means bigger testicles and has nothing to do with their function. The only time you might evaluate them is if you were at a fertility clinic. You don't say why you are concerned. If you are having pain (if severe go to Emergency Department), erectile dysfunction, or other symptoms, then I would see your primary care physician or a urologist

You're fine, buddy: I've autopsied around 500 grown men and you're average for a young guy with good working equipment. Testicular size matters even less than penis size. I trust things are functioning well; if you're curious, any of your friends who has access to a microscope and a glass slide and coverslip can show you your sperms. Best wishes.
