No risk, no worry: Even without treatment, chlamydia or other STDs are almost never transmitted by fingering; this circumstance was zero risk even if he hadn't been treated. Also, anti-chlamydia antibiotics probably prevent transmission within 24 hours. Best to continue to avoid all sex until you both have finished treatment, but essentially no risk from this particular event.
