My wife is breastfeeding and she fall and have open skinn dose she have to take tetanus shot and if so can the shot affect our infinite?

If not up to date: Any break in the skin can allow tetanus spores that are everywhere to enter the skin. A prior tetanus booster within 10 years would be enough to protect from that type of injury. If she is not up to date the booster would not bother baby.
