U have Kidney stones: Renal calculi means, kidney stones. You have 3 small kidney stones which are causing you the pains and a few red cells in the urine. You need a doctor who can monitor you and guide you further. Small stones like the ones you have, may pass down into the urine if you drink extra fluids for a couple of weeks.
