Hep c recovery: If it is greater than 1 year since you were first negative , then there should be no chance of recurrence or at least 99.9% less chance as unusual things happen in medicine. But Hep C infection does not confer lifelong immunity like mumps , you can get it again. To avoid hep C in the future avoid the common factors that lead to hep C https://www.cdc.gov/hepatitis/hcv/cfaq.htm

HepC: Hepatitis C is spread by blood transfusion, contaminated needle, tattooing, razor sharing or sexual contact. Stay away from these sources and you should not have to worry about hepatitis C
