Colchicine : Most common side effects of Colchicine are related to the GI system. These include abdominal pain, cramping, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Other more serious side effects are possible, including with inappropriate dosing & with use in patient's with kidney or liver impairment. The prescribing doctor should be consulted with any uncertainties about side effects.
