forgot to go patch free on the fourth week to get my period. i put on a new patch. just realized this today,the day i put on new patches. what do i do?

Use it: You can use the patch this week and then just take your patch free week next week. Some people to use the patch continuously without ever taking a break to avoid having menstrual cycles.
