If she can't even: hold sips of water down to hydrate herself - that can be problematic. If she is having frequent loose stools and vomiting - she may need intravenous hydration.

Needs Emergency Room: For a patient who cannot keep down even liquids (chicken soup, water), there is a real risk of dehydration and subsequent kidney injury, which can progress to heart arrhythmias and even death. I would try to get to an ER right away so they can check her volume status and salt levels. You don't want to leave it too late. The longer you wait, the worse it could become. Hope you can get help NOW.
