Sperm analysis: The sperm analysis indicate that the motility is abnormal however there is no sperm #/ml. If the female evaluation is good, then you can ask your gynecologist for a trial of insemination with processed sperm. Please be reminded that it takes intact male and female evaluation to have a conception. IVF can be considered as an option if IUI fails. Good luck.
