Yes for allergex.: Allergex = chlorpheniramine maleate. Chlorpheniramine is FDA pregnancy category B. Tramacet = Tramadol hydrochloride/acetaminophen, which is FDA pregnancy category C (which means risk to fetus can't be ruled out).
