That ship has sailed: Physiologically, that ship has sailed, meaning that it is impossible to "pretend" to have a hymen rupture bleeding. Psychologically, in your culture, it is very important to "be a virgin" at marriage, but not all virgins with intact hymens experience bleeding at first intercourse. Consider finding a therapist to help you with this problem and good luck.
