Opportiunistic: Yeast infections are opportunistic infections, no matter where they occur. If you have been on an antibiotics for a period of time, that is a frequent side-effect in some women. There are otc medicines for these issues, in early stages, and you are sure it is indeed a yeast infection. No real complications, but deal with it in a fairly rapid manner, and it will not give you any stds.
