I had a steroid shot for an uri and the next morning i am feeling tingling in the arms and legs?

Hyperventilation?: First, steroid shot should not be used for an URI since it does nothing good but possibly harm to the body. I suspect that you may already have an anxiety problem which exacerbated by the steroid injection leading to hyperventilation and the numbness. If the problem persists for more than 3-4 days or gets worse, contact your doctor .
