My daugter is 20 months. since sunday she has a runny tummy in the morning and vomiting once a day, then she is fine the rest of the day. she has a slightly runny nose, but no fever or other symptoms. should i be concerned?

Not really: It sounds like this is likely a viral syndrome. As long as she is staying hydrated and is behaving normally i would just watch her. Symptoms should subside within a couple of days i would say

Do you have a pediat: Let us know if you have a regular pediatrician for her medical care or not. For now I would give her a short term(7-10 days) of observation and keep her well hydrated. it may just be a head cold/stomach Flu type ailment which usually resolves in less than 2 weeks. if her symptoms get worse, you should get her checked by a child specialist(Pediatrician).
