Muscles: often produce strange pains and sensations in our heads and necks. If you can, ignore them. If not, try putting firm pressure for a few seconds on any place that is tense or hurts or is twitching and it will probably go away or cause an odd sensation somewhere else. Then do the same thing in that other place. None of this is dangerous, just a sign that we are tense. Stretch your neck often.
