More info needed: Please clarify. "Pre ejaculation" implies when you are sexually aroused, but that doesn't fit with "when I use the restroom". Do you have discharge of pus or mucus from the penis? Or a sexual function problem? If discharge unrelated to arousal, it's an STD: gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Just say "discharge" or "sexual function". They've heard it all before!
