We took indi to the doctors on monday and said she has a viral cold, but last night and today she has hives coming and going? is this associated?

Could be: Can get a viral urticaria - i n which case it will settle as the virus goes . However also could be physical or allergic. Worth another doctor examination or perhaps even a virtual consult to check out the rash and recheck chest etc. Should seek urgent attention if worsening breathing or if vomiting
