Kyleena: When you stated "again" does that mean that a Kyleena IUD was recently expelled? You can check placement - wash hands - with fingers reach top of vagina - feel for threads. If you can't feel them it might not be correctly positioned. Your health care provider can check. If you believe it has become dislodged - would use back up birth control (i.e., condom until medically checked). Good luck.
