Advise waiting: I would avoid smoking anything so soon after surgery. Any type of smoke is likely to irritate your mouth and throat which is unwise when healing from surgery in that area. Marijuana itself may reduce pain and inflammation so if you really want to use marijuana consider using an oral form (as in baked goods or as a tincture).

Post op instructions: The doctor who performed the surgery is the best one to ask regarding what you can and can't do and for how long. Call and ask. Having said that, I think it's way too early to jeopardize healing at this point.

No: If you mean, weed, marijuana, do not take it in any form smoked or otherwise. Weed is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
