Why are the ankle areas if my feet slightly yellow? is this the beginning of jaundice or just someone pushing 40? don't have yellow anywhere else, but having abdominal pain and fearing hep c. energy high, appetite great, stools/urine normal.

Symptoms: Thickened , callosed skin can sometimes have a slight yellow tinge. If you don't have any yellowing of the whites of your eyes - then it is doubtful this is jaundice. If you are worried about Hepatitis C - getting this checked is now recommended for baby boomers. If you develop severe abdominal pain or it is not resolving this would warrant assessment.
