No, but ...: Depends on what “result “ you’re taking about. HIV serology? (a blood test that looks for antibodies to HIV) - No A viral load? (a blood test that measures the amount of virus in your blood). Sure. Especially if you’re taking HIV medication. An undetectable viral load means the meds are working properly
