Odd posting: In the US, ice cream from commercial vendors is pasteurized and provides no risk to a pregnant woman at any stage. If you are consuming home or farm made ice cream from raw milk (illegal in many areas) it would be risky at any stage of pregnancy, not just the last trimester.
