Had circumcision done 10 days ago. today, i noticed a lump on the right side of my penis near where the penis meets the scrotum. lump swells up when i get partially erect. lump decreases in size when i am not erect.

Probably unrelated: In that location, it is difficult to imagine how this could have anything to do with your recent circumcision. However, it would make sense to contact the doctor who did the procedure.
