A few thoughts: Within 2 minutes is normal bleeding time but there is risk for transmission of hep c with sexual contact as well as bleeding. Bleeding can be a result of trauma and hep c that progresses to liver disease can cause increased risk for prolonged bleeding. You can just monitor for recurrent bleeding for now and follow up with your doctor about your hep c. Hope this helps

Get treated: Hepatitis C is treatable and you should get treated. See your doctor or a GI specialist. Do not take alcohol or Tylenol or drugs containing acetaminophen. Let me reiterate: Get treated for Hep C, the bleeding after sex is not a matter of concern. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
