Yes: Since this would affect your gate and stability of your joints. In addition, the rubbing from a loose shoe may cause skin irritation as well. Perhaps you need to talk to a shoe repair shop to find out if they can stretch out a proper size shoe for the right foot to accommodate the bunion.
