Rigevidon: Rigevidon( levonorgesterol andnethinylesteriol) is a combined birth control that is usually effective upon completion of one full cycle of the pill. Despite the transient diarrhea and sexual intercourse, you have been on the birth control for 4 months, and therefore protected. If for any reason you miss your menses, you should get pregnancy test done for reassurance.
