Chlamydial?: Depends on the organism and its susceptibility! Gonorrhea ,Chlamydia and occasional Enterobacteriaceae are the main culprits of Infection! Have your Urine checked for them by your physician with NAAT ( Nucleic Acid Amplification test) Rocephin and Doxycycline are the combination treatment of choice!
