Unusual: Yet if you have no symptoms such as lightheadedness , this should be of no concern to you. Any history of diabetes in the family?

Reactive hypoglycemi: This sounds like reactive hypoglycemia, essentially an overreaction of the pancreas to a large load of ingested sugar. This can usually be controlled by eating smaller meals more frequently and by limiting simple sugars, replacing them with complex carbohydrates and fiber. If symptoms persist despite this management, see doctor for blood testing for insulin levels and such.
