It depends: Scar formation depends on the depth of the injury as well as your skin type and your healing process. Usually if the wound isn't too deep you should be okay. Any type of wound will take a couple of weeks to completely heal. I suggest applying some arnica to it to improve the healing process.

Probably no scar: Most shaving cuts are not deep therefore should heal with out scar over next 2-3 weeks.
