HSP: This may be Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP), an abnormal immune response of certain cause. It is actually an inflammation of small blood vessels in dependent areas such as hands ,feet and buttock. There may be an mild URI that precedes . Usually this persist for 6-8 weeks but can re occur and is worse in adults than children.
